Wyton Events & Catering is the realization of a dream to create a Cafe and Commercial kitchen specializing in quality catering with superior food and service in the Great South West.

Daniel Myers owner and Executive Chef, has a local and international reputation for his food. Daniel's talent has developed through experience gleaned working at well known Melbourne and London restaurants - Toofey's with Michael Bacash, Langton’s ,La Luna with Adrian Richardson and Launceston Place in London, which has been rated Number 15 in Time Out’s Top 50 Restaurants . (extra space) Daniel has also spent 5 years as Head Chef of the Victoria Hotel, Port Fairy when The Victoria Hotel was renowned for its food  and was a Hat establishment.
Megan Myers owner and Manager began her career as a Visual Merchandiser for the Sportsgirl Sportscraft Group in Melbourne. After travelling with Daniel stepping into Design and Drafting and working with local building design firms, Dean Picken Designs and Form and Function Building Design. As late with the everyday demands of running a busy Cafe she has joined forces with a friend to create Castles Myers Design interior design, styling and visual merchandising which is incorporated into a busy week.
Daniel and Megan along with children Oliver and Poppy run the business and were keen to evolve and bring a  foodie urban feel to Country Victoria. Daniel’s passion for food and Megan’s design background allows the Wyton Eating House to continually change for visual interest with food options and menus changing daily and seasonally.
